hk dōjinshi event "Rainbow Gala" founder創辦人 小撒 in pinkwork

HOW can a 23 year old girl organise a Dojinshi (self-published comic book) event on her own which attracted more than 6,000 visitors and attenders ? She is Chloe Kung aka 小撒 who is also the founder of hk dōjinshi event "Rainbow Gala".
